I had a very frustrating experience with my booking; upon arrival, I was told that the hotel was fully booked despite having paid for a room in advance. After a long trip, I ended up leaving to find another hotel, which was highly inconvenient. On the other hand, when I finally got a room, I found it to be comfortable and clean. The location is also quite decent, making it easier to get to where I needed to go. But I must say, the service really needs improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at the London Park Royal Travelodge. The room was newly renovated and exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making my experience all the more enjoyable. The location is convenient for reaching central London. Parking is very reasonable at ÂŁ7 for 24 hours. Overall, the value for money is excellent, though I would have loved more dining options on-site.
